BURN THAT FAT!!

3 Easy and Great Tips for Burning that fat. Give it a try. Post your results.

3 Fat-Burning Foods for Spring

Green tea
To lose weight permanently, you need to eat less and move more. That will always be the case. However, this article describes five natural fat burners that will help give you an extra edge and burn more calories.

1. Essential Fatty Acids

It’s true, eating more fat can help you lose weight. Essential fatty acids are a “good” type of fat that help burn calories. Rich sources of healthy fats include evening primrose, borage, black currant and hemp oils.

2. Green Tea

Green tea is a fantastic natural fat burner. It helps stimulate metabolism so your body naturally burns more calories. It has also been found to decrease appetite, inhibit fat absorption and help glucose regulation.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar offers a three pronged approach to burning fat and losing weight:
  • Drinking a glass of water with one or two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar around an hour before a meal will help to curb appetite. It contains a compound called pectin which mixes with water and expands in the stomach helping you to feel full.
  • One of the easiest ways to shed weight is to lose excess water. Water is often stored due to having too much sodium. Apple cider vinegar, with its high potassium content, flushes sodium from the body which in turn allows the excess water from the body.
  • Finally, apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which promotes the absorption of iron. A high quantity of iron results in a high oxygen utilization which stimulates the metabolic rate.
